Matching Scholarships - Make an annual gift designated to student scholarships at FAU and your contribution will be matched dollar for dollar through this program.
The President’s Scholarship Challenge is merit-based. Donors choosing to give to this fund can designate to colleges within the fund, ie for Science majors, accounting majors, etc. Students need to apply for these scholarships so if they don’t, the money is left on the table. The Foundation Fund ID for this program is ADV998.
The First Generation Matching Scholarship Program is needs-based and designed for students who are the first in their families to attend college. The website gives more detailed information, but donors may NOT designate to specific colleges or programs. The Foundation Fund ID for this program is ADV100.
