Example: One experiment involving two samples (experiment and control) to be compared for the human chip – the entire genome comes in two chips (U133A &B). This means 4 chips will be used for one experiment. At a minimum, one chip replicate per sample and one biological replicate per sample is strongly recommended. A test array will be used per RNA sample.

* Investigators are responsible for getting the chips. FAU researchers may contact the Core Facility for academic pricing and ordering information. Authors must acknowledge the core facility in papers as per Affymetrix requirement. * Commercial users must obtain chips under an agreement with Affymetrix.
