Welcome

Our lab investigates the molecular and cellular function of the Receptor for Advanced Glycation Endproducts (RAGE) with special emphasis on its interaction with calcium binding S100 proteins. Currently, we focus on the role of the RAGE/S100 axis in skin cancer. Our research involves a broad spectrum of methods including chemical synthesis, protein engineering, moleclar biology, spectroscopy, and cell biology.
