What should I bring to my appointment?
Go to facts.org and print out a copy of your unofficial transcript.
Bring any documentation that would help your advisor in the process.
If you are a returning student, bring a copy of your check sheet that was given to you by your advisor the last time you met.
Make a list of 5 or 6
courses you need to take. If you still need to satisfy any CORE
requirements, be sure to consult the Schedule of Classes for a list of
the approved CORE courses.
Bring the list of courses and the tentative schedules with you to your advising appointment.
Transfer students: in
order for transfer courses and credits to be transferred, you must
provide the department with a course description and the course syllabi
for approval. the evaluation may take about one week.
