BSC 6905: Plant Ecology & Lab (4 credits) - Davie Campus

Course Description: This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of plant ecology, the major ecosystems of South Florida, and the identification and ecology of their characteristic plants. The course and required lab incorporate lectures, in-class discussions, and hands-on activities through lab and field trip exercises investigating the concepts and practice of plant ecology in South Florida.

PCB 4043: Principles of Ecology (3 credits) - Davie Campus

Course Description: A functional approach to the basic principles and concepts of modern ecology

Prerequisites: 8 cr. in general biology, 8 cr. in general chemistry, or permission of the instructor
